Felecia was the local Certified Notary Public that handled the remote sale of our lake property in Tyler, Tx from our house in Maryland on Feb. 27th 2025. Felecia is very thorough and reviewed, and explained , each page of the closing documents. I met Felecia in Washington, DC while dropping off paperwork to be apostilled by the U.S. State Department. The online calendar on Felecia Bass's website made it very convenient to sign up for a time, with several slots available, and she arrived well before the time of the appointment.
