  • Yes, we can ship documents for you. If you provide a prepaid label, we’ll use it for shipping. Alternatively, for an additional fee, we can calculate the shipping cost and add it to your signing fee. We offer various shipping options, including overnight, First Class, and more, through UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Let us know your preference!

  • Please bring the following to your appointment:

    • A valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport.

    • The document(s) you need notarized. Ensure they are prepared and ready to be completed, but refrain from signing them until you are in the presence of the notary.

  • A government issued ID showing your photo, signature and demographic data with your name as printed on the document that you need notarized.

    • We highly recommend that you secure your witnesses if needed. If you are not able to White Rose Notary Services MAY be able to provide them for additional fee but cannot guarantee availability. White Rose does function as a witness on occasion when scheduling allows for fee.
