The document(s) you need notarized. Ensure they are prepared and ready to be completed, but refrain from signing them until you are in the presence of the notary.

A government issued ID showing your photo, signature and demographic data with your name as printed on the document that you need notarized.

We highly recommend that you secure your witnesses if needed. If you are not able to White Rose Notary Services MAY be able to provide them for additional fee but cannot guarantee availability. White Rose does function as a witness on occasion when scheduling allows for fee.
