What Is an Estate Plan Notarization Party?


A coordinated notarization appointment for two or more separate estate plans, where each signer completes an individual request and receives individual confirmation and billing.

  • A notarization party allows multiple individuals to notarize estate planning documents during a single scheduled visit.

  • Ideal for families, friends, caregivers, or other groups coordinating multiple estate plan notarizations.

  • Each signer completes their own notarization request — the party simply streamlines scheduling.

How It Works

Step 1 – Choose a Host
One person acts as the organizer and point of contact.

Step 2 – Submit the Organizer Form
The host provides:

  • Preferred date and time

  • Signing location

  • Number of expected signers

Step 3 – Receive Host Confirmation & PDF
After submission, the host receives:

  • A Host Summary PDF (date, time, location)

  • Individual signer links

Step 4 – Share With Signers
The host shares:

  • The Host Summary PDF

  • The individual signer request link

Step 5 – Each Signer Completes Their Own Form
Each signer:

  • Confirms appointment details

  • Submits their individual request

  • Receives confirmation

Step 6 – Notarization Day

White Rose Notary Services arrives at the scheduled time and location to complete the notarization appointments.

Important Notes for Hosts

  • Documents must be completed and ready for signing before the appointment.

  • Do not sign or date documents before the notary arrives.

  • Each signer must have current government-issued photo identification. If a signer does not have acceptable identification, an additional credible witness with proper ID may be required to establish the signer’s identity under oath. This credible witness is separate from any witnesses required for the estate planning documents; therefore, when two document witnesses are required, three witnesses total will be needed.

  • Each signer is responsible for knowing the witness requirements for their documents.

  • Witness assistance may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.

  • Please provide appropriate seating and a suitable signing area, and secure pets during the appointment.

Pricing & Payment

  • Each signer is responsible for their own notarization fees .

  • Estimates are provided  prior to the appointment.

  • Final fees are based on the notarization services actually performed.

Begin by submitting the Organizer Form. You’ll receive a Host Summary with the individual signer request link to share with participants.
