Felecia was the local Certified Notary Public that handled the remote sale of our lake property in Tyler, Tx from our house in Maryland on Feb. 27th 2025. Felecia is very thorough and reviewed, and explained , each page of the closing documents. She is extremely knowledgeable as a Notary and found a few errors made by the Texas Capital Title Company and corrections were made during the review process. She had the tools to transmit all documents to the Texas Title Company and within 24 hours the entire process was completed the Title Company was sending our check.
